We are a husband and wife team and we proudly hand make all our items in Queens, NYC ourselves. The leather is sourced carefully, then we hand cut, hand punch, hand stitch and hand paint all items individually — no shortcuts, no machines doing the work.

There is something about holding an object that was made entirely by human hands. You can feel it. That is what we make.

Stitching

We saddle stitch every single item. The saddle stitch is unique in construction — if a single stitch breaks, the rest of the stitches remain knotted and the seam stays intact. It is slower than machine stitching and that is exactly the point.

Materials

We work primarily with vegetable tanned leather and pull-up leather. Both age beautifully — developing a patina over time that makes each piece entirely your own. We source with care and only work with leather we would want to own ourselves.

Standing Behind Our Work

We take pride in everything we make. If there are any structural issues with an item we will do our best to either replace or repair it. Just get in touch.
